URGENT REQUEST FOR INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION

This request is supported by extensive evidence and details a multi-year failure by the police to investigate credible reports of potentially very serious crime.

I am the target of a long term, coordinated gaslighting campaign.

Since first attempting to report serious crimes in 2018, numerous fake identities have been used with the deliberate intent to make me question my own reality, memory, perceptions, and sanity.

I have documented over 200 such malicious comments.

This campaign cannot be dismissed as random trolling.

It's inception directly followed my attempts to seek justice, and it's relentless nature suggests a clear motive: to discredit and silence me as a complainant.

This effort extends beyond online comments to include traditional poison pen letters and emails, which I have detailed in Sections 21 and 22.

The scale, duration, and timing of these actions lead me to a grave but unavoidable conclusion: this is a retaliatory operation, one I have strong reason to believe involves the complicity of police officers tasked with investigating the very crimes I reported.

One must question the motivation for such exertion if the situation were truly innocuous.

Indeed, the scale of the response is incongruent with the claim that nothing occurred.

The wanted notice issued by Ammanford and Crosshands police used the same photos as a defamatory video that was posted on the web alleging I was a paedophile,

This is an alarming link, the same two specific photos appear in both a defamatory video and an official police notice.

This suggests a dangerous connection in the malicious campaign against me.

There are more details in section 30.

I tried to send a copy of this report to the Chief constable for his consideration.

In the subject heading, I put for the attention of Mr. Ifan Charles.

I received an email back that stated:

The local policing team are from the same police station as some of the officers that I have mentioned in my report.

I informed the data controller that my email was intended for Mr. Ifan Charles, this was the response:

One of the officers that I mentioned in my report, works, or worked, in the professional standards department.

I asked again if my email had been sent to the intended recipient, this is what was stated:

Today is the 30th January 2026, I have not heard from them since.

The following statement is untrue.

An inspector of police stated:

I had previously received two unsolicited calls from someone who informed me that they were a triage nurse working with Dyfed-Powys police.

The inspector's statement relates to a request that I made to try and understand the reason for those calls.

In the apology from the police it stated:

I did not visit any doctor in Barry, my doctor was based in Ammanford.

The police apologised, but did not offer any explanation as to why the triage nurse phoned me.

The reason given for the Inspector's error lacked any clarification, it stated:

The email correspondence between the inspector and myself.

The report of the triage nurse.

After reading the storm report issued by police officers in Barry suggesting that I had mental health issues.

On the 2nd January 2019, I visited my doctor in Ammanford and explained what had happened, he wrote me a letter stating that I was not receiving any treatment for any mental health issues.

The doctor that I saw was Mr. D. Richards at Brynteg surgery in Ammanford.

The police are still promoting this untrue narrative.

The officer would know the date we last resided in Ammanford from the other police records.

The facts behind their baseless allegations could have been easily checked with my doctor in Ammanford.

The real reason that we are not known to mental health services is because we do not have mental health issues.

On the 30th August 2018, I attended a voluntary interview at Ammanford police station. with my solictor present.

There was no mention of mental health issues then.

The Police and Criminal Investigations Act 1984, code C, paragraph 11.17 and annexe E mandate that if a suspect is "mentally vunerable" or "mentally disordered" an appropriate adult must be called and present for the interview, before the interview can proceed.

No appropriate adult was present, and the reason was that I am fortunate enough not to have any mental health issues.

The police interview can be heard in section 25.

During the interview. I believe I was mentally competent, understood the caution, and that my awswers were as coherent and logical as those of any capable person.

In any event, even if I did have mental health issues, how would that account for the disturbing noises?

I was only one of ten people who recorded noises at that property.

The police have not spoken to any of the others.

This man is one of the people who made recordings at the property.
He is willing to speak to the police.

This report concerns three properties located in the Welsh town of Ammanford.

The first property is the shop premises, (Sophia nails).

The second property is the flat above the shop and a house that is accessed via the alleyway.

The two properties used to be one property, but were split in to two when the house and flat were sold.

The third property is the house at 22 College street.

Ammanford had a population of 5,445 - 2021 Census.

   Operation Violet Panama

   The leasehold owner of the shop trading as Sophia nails, and her partner, were convicted in that case.

   This fact that the lease hold owner of Sophia nails, TrangThanh Trang, was convicted in that case was not mentioned in any news report that covered the story.

   She was the lease hold owner of Sophia nails when the noises were recorded.

   This was a case that saw 21 Vietnamese nationals convicted.

   The court heard that the "industrial-scale" operation was expected to have netted the leaders of the gang somewhere in the region of £25 million.

   In addition to 15 cannabis factories, the investigation led to the detection of more than 30 further factories and storage facilities across Wales and as far afield as Coventry, all linked to the gang.

2. September 2011.
   Rape at gunpoint and attempted child molestation

   The man next door to the shop was a convicted rapist and would-be child abuser.

   For the avoidance of confusion, this property is not one of the three properties that I mentioned earlier. This property is 18 College street, it is located to the left hand side of the shop.

   The man, then aged 47, was reported as having been convicted of committing rape at gunpoint and attempted child molestation by a court in Turkey in 1991.

   He was sentenced to 12 years imprisonment.

Mail would sometimes be delivered to my former house, addressed to Viet Nguyen.

We would pass any mail that was delivered to the shop.

However, Viet Nguyen is a common Vietnamese name.

Operation Elegant

Eight people were sentenced to forty years in prison after police broke up a cocaine trafficking gang.

About ten houses down the road from the three properties is a pub, the pub was run by the father of one of the people convicted in that case.

At least one of the people convicted in that case used to drink at that pub.

Her name was Laura Coelho, the daughter of the landlord.

Laura Coelho's partner, Shaun Hearne, was also convicted in that case.

In 2015, Laura Coelho was reported as being convicted for her part in a brawl that broke out.

The name Shaun is a common name, but is also a name that has been heard in the recordings.

Man jailed for raping and indecently assaulting 11-year-old

This relates to a historic offence that took place around twenty years earlier.

I have included this case because the name David has been heard in the recordings, and because his address was stated in news reports to be in College street, Ammanford.

The name David is also mentioned in an article below that relates to gun crime.

I shared the recordings of what I suspected to be gunshots with a Mr. Dan Beitzel, who tells me that he was a former US soldier trained in identifying criminality and also identifying weapons.

He identified one of the weapons as being an AK 47 assault rifle

Sawn-off shotguns and ammunition dumped in Tesco bin by bungling criminals

Inside a reusable shopping bag were two sawn-off shotguns, live cartridges, and an ammunition magazine for an AK-47 assault rifle.

In the news article it was stated:

Perhaps a better phrase would be that neither gun was linked to any known crime, especially given the recorded fact that they had a magazine clip for an AK 47 assault rifle in their possession.

In one recording, a AK 47 can be heard firing 13 bursts of 5 shots each, magazine clips have been made in many different sizes for the AK 47, including a circular clip.

One circular clip that was made held exactly 65 rounds, another fired 75 rounds.

The magazine clip mentioned in the news article could be compared to see if it was a circular clip.

In various news reports, Craig Aguis was reported as living in Cardiff, someone was recorded in the recordings saying;
I live in Cardiff I do.

Man bought a Glock pistol and ammunition from America

This news article caught my attention as the man concerned was reported as living in Glanaman, Ammanford.

The Judge in the case was reported as saying:

Lady Cooper emailed me and told me that she had carried out her own investigations into the noises with the help of a couple of friends.

She said she had spoken to local people who confirmed to her that there are tunnels in that area.

I was in the process of making a documentary at the time. Lady Cooper kindly agreed to share what she had discovered in my documentary.

There were nine other people that made recordings in my former property.

I put a method in place to ensure the recorders could not be tampered with.

A friend of mine gave the keys to my former house to one of the people who went to the property.

The locks were changed to ensure that they had the only keys to the building, after that a strict protocol was followed.

When a person (or group of people) went to the property, they were given the only keys to the house and four voice recorders.

Each person (or group of people), would place the four voice recorders in the same locations in the house.

By using four voice recorders in different areas of the house, we could compare the recordings.

This meant we could establish which noises were coming from outside the house, and which were coming from the basement.

The police did not speak to any of these people, but the people did share their experiences in a 45 minute video that I made.

Other people have been in touch suggesting that the noises are actually coming from other areas.

Across the road from my former house is a bus station, every time a bus leaves, a barrier opens and a loud bleeper can be heard.

The bus station is 38 meters away from my former house.

I would expect the bleeper to be heard quite loudly in the recordings if the noises were coming from the street.

The recordings are not likely to come from a school or a park as the initial recordings were made after midnight.

Nor are the noises consistent with what would be expected to be heard in a park, or a school.

The children that have been heard in the recordings do not have Welsh accents.

It has been suggested that the cries and screams came from a nearby leisure centre.

Another suggestion was that the noises were of children playing in a nearby school yard, but the initial noises were recorded after midnight.

One suggestion is that the noises were simply the noises of children playing in the park behind my former house.

Whilst it is true there is a park behind my former house, directly behind my former house was an old outbuilding.

The outbuilding was around eight meters long, after the outbuilding there was a row of trees.

Behind the row of trees is a tennis court with a pathway beside it that leads to the park.

Another suggestion was that the cries and screams are of children playing in splash pools in the park.

The scope of my investigation required an objective analysis of all the facts and allegations presented.

However, I am not a professional investigator, I am just an ordinary person who was in the wrong place, at the wrong time.

I have tried my best to conduct this investigation by diligently pursuing and evaluating all evidence and leads without prejudice.

I have invited any individuals that I have named to give their point of view, or clarification, or offer additional context regarding any content that relates to them.

After over seven years of investigation, I strongly believe that serious criminality occurred.

We heard loud noises coming from the property next door, it sounded like an air chisel breaking stone, the noises would sometimes go on for many hours.

The noises were confirmed by John Francis Estate agents, who stated that the work being carried out at 22 College Street damaged one of their walls.

During one bout of particularly heavy drilling/chiseling the alleyway seemed to be shaking underfoot.

Cracks had appeared in the alleyway and the side walls of both 20 and 22 College street.

When I looked in the basement, I could see some cracks in the wall that faced the shop that used to trade as Sophia nails.

I focused on the noises that concerned me, not the noises of the air chisel.

I carefully opened up the cracks in the basement wall and cleared away the debris.

In the side wall of the basement facing 22 College Street a bright light was seen coming through the wall, even though that area is underground.

I was determined to get to the source of the noises, I used voice recorders in different places, both inside and outside my house, to establish where the noises were actually coming from.

The noises were clearest in the basement area of my former house.

The first and second property were gutted in a 2024 fire.

When the fire was burning, people asked if the staff of the shop premises were okay, but no one reassured them.

One of the co-owners of the shop left this comment:

In 2007, the property was reported as having suffered a serious fire that had started in the same place.

After the fire, Gwalia housing relocated, the shop first became Heavenly nails, and was later renamed to Sophia nails

These two photos show the top rear windows of 20 College street, prior to the fire. They suggest that someone was using that property.

The comment that was left prior to the fire tells of an electrical fault at the property.

A plastic sheet has hung in the window of the property next door to my former property for over a decade.

The following images are verifiable on the historical section of Google earth pro.

There was a peep hole in the side door, which also has a plastic sheet that prevents people looking in.

In an email update on the 30th December 2018, from PC Tom Draycott he stated:

The officer made an appointment six weeks in the future before viewing inside that property.

In his update he also stated:

The email from Tom Draycott.

Other noises were recorded that sounded like some sort of machine running over night.

These noises seemed to be coming from 22 College street.

The recordings captured distinct, constant sounds of machinery operating around the clock.

I have recordings of these noises.

The noises include a series of beeps, always in sequences of three beeps followed by a single or a double beep.

The noises which really need listening to in context can be heard in these three short extracts:

• The bleeping noise
• The grinding noise
• The flushing noise

Liquid could be heard being flushed in to a drain, in one recording, the flushing noise can be heard every hour, over a twenty hour period.

The property had been renovated, and offered for lease.

The drain that the liquid was flushing in to was only connected to 22 College street.

I pushed some steel wool into the neck of the pipe to see of I could catch anything that I could test.

I tested the material that was caught on the steel wool with a reagent test and it tested positive for mdma.

However, the reading might be incorrect for several reasons.

• The samples I tested were a waste product.
• Perhaps the steel wool effected the results.
• There could be other residue in the pipe.

Two later tests also tested positive for mdma.

A gully was made that connected the two down pipes from the roof of the property next door to that drain.

There are two separate drainage points in the alleyway, previously the two down pipes had directed rain water in to the two separate drains

In one recording made around Christmas time, one man can be heard talking to another with various machine noises in between.

They are speaking in Vietnamese, one man seems to be instructing the other.

Many bags of rubbish would be left behind the rear door of Sophia nails, often there would be in the region of eight to ten bin bags.

If I was at the property, I used to collect any bags that were in the alleyway and take them to tip.

On one occasion, a significant amount of rubbish had been left in bin bags behind the shop.

I picked it all up and drove it to the tip.

When I was throwing the bags in to a skip, one bag split open and something hit my leg.

I looked down and saw the bag in the picture.

I looked at the floor and saw five of those bags and five blocks.

I looked at the bags and I thought they were suspect.

I remember thinking why would someone wrap something up so well just to throw it away?

As it was a liquid, why didn't they simply flush it down a drain?

The blocks seemed to be made out of a crushed organic material, I could see seeds in the material.

I thought that these items could be from the manufacture of illicit drugs, so I showed them to the police.

When I returned to the house, a Vietnamese man was waiting for me, he was extremely angry.

He demanded to know what I had done with his rubbish, so I told him that I had taken it to the tip.

At that point he looked like he was going to explode, he told me that I was not to take his rubbish ever again.

I took the items to Barry police station.

We offered the items to the two police officers who spoke to us outside the police station.

We told the officers of our suspicions.

The officer who spoke to me said that he thought the blocks were probably some sort of soap and advised me to throw them away.

He said that the bags were probably something that the nail salon had bought but not used.

When I returned home, I put some water on one of the blocks to see if it would lather, it didn't.

I decided to cut in to one of the blocks.

As soon as I made the cut, I could feel the effects, my nose started running, my eyes were watering, and I felt confused and dizzy.

Whatever was inside seemed to be glowing and pulsating.

I left the block outside overnight and had another look at it the following morning, it still seemed to be pulsating.

It had a thick outer green skin which seemed to have been made from a well compressed organic matter.

In the police report the two officers do not mention the items.

I contacted various forensic testing companies hoping to be able to identify the material in the bags tested, the companies were not willing to deal with me as a private individual.

Three companies I contacted were:

• Socotec Forensic testing services
• Bericon Forensics
• Key Forensic services

I made several other observations about their rubbish, the first being that they seemed to generate a substantial amount of rubbish for a nail salon.

Although the shop was closed, and there was nobody living at the property, rubbish was still being put out during the Covid pandemic.

Large pink bags (large bin bag size) were often left outside on top of the rubbish.

Out of curiosity, I opened one of those bags, the first thing I noticed was a strong smell of solvents.

The bag was full of industrial sized wet wipes all soaked in solvent.

They were all perfectly clean, and folded, no signs of nail polish or anything else.

I discovered a potential entrance to a tunnel in the rear garden of 22 College street.

I disclosed the location to someone in a phone call, shortly afterwards the site was cleared.

A much larger area was later cleared

The police state that the phrase "the baby died" was what was said in a recording that I gave them.

The police did not talk to the two women who made the recording and stated:

A comment was posted on social media that stated that the "the babies die (or the baby died)" recording had been taken from a film named the handmaids tale.

I compared the extract in the handmaids tale with our recording.

The first bit in our recording says something like "why gareth why (possibly gary) the babies die".

Those first three words were missing in the social media post, the handmaids tale video and the police report.

The photo shows a section of wall loosely filled with bricks, this is the area where I thought there was some form of entrance.

Despite reporting the following serious crime in 2023, Dyfed-Powys Police took no action.

We have been attacked three times in connection with these lies.

In 2023, the crime reference number can be seen in this email from PC Hart.

12th December 2023

On the 31st of December 2025, I reported this matter again and was given a crime reference number DP-20251231-229.

As of 30th January 2026, I have received no follow-up beyond the initial crime number.

I reported an individual for fabricating documents to falsely label me as a paedophile.

The individual was recorded making these false allegations to a paedophile hunter.

Subsequently, images of my family and what someone thought was our home were published online, together with a partial post code.

We actually lived further up the street, but the damage was done.

The individual that made those phone calls was a Mr. Simon Griffiths.

The user "Cwshty griff" (Simon Griffiths, convicted cannabis dealer) also reposted an altered version of the wanted notice.

He has documented links to fake identities.

THE LETTER

"Poison pen" letters have been circulated that contain information only known to me and the police.

The information known only to me and the police officers is the part that states:

In 2018, I was warned by two police officers, although when I complained about the incident, both denied warning me.

Although the letter was printed, the envelope was hand written.

THE ENVELOPE

My rebuttal and statement regarding the malicious allegations.

I am writing in response to the above malicious and anonymous communication.

The letter contains a series of serious and defamatory allegations which are entirely false.

I wish to provide a clear, point-by-point rebuttal.

Regarding the General Allegations of a "Hate Campaign":

The letter claims I have subjected

The writer provides no specifics, no names, no dates or evidence to support their claim.

Their claims are vague and emotive accusations designed to alarm, not to inform.

I have not accused anyone in Ammanford of anything, nor have I conducted any campaign of hate against anyone.

The letter's language is deliberately inflammatory and suggests an intent to manipulate the reader's perception rather than state facts.

Regarding the Specific Allegation of Cyberstalking via "Adisan Anwar":

The letter alleges I used a Facebook account under the name of Adisan Anwar to conduct

This is a malicious lie.

I have not engaged in any racist and abusive cyber stalking attacks.

Regarding Associations with Named Groups and Individuals:

The letter claims I have engaged with and financed extremist groups including the Patriotic Alternative, the EDL (English Defence League), and the UVF (Ulster Volunteer Force) naming individuals like Tommy Robinson, Nick Cotton and David Clews.

This is false.

I am not and have never been a member of any of these organisations. I do not support them financially, nor have I received donations from them.

In both of the interviews, the mystery of the recorded noises was discussed.

Darren Harrison once made a video referring to my investigation, however I did not appear in his video.

These limited media interactions are being grotesquely misrepresented to construct a false narrative of affiliation.

Conclusion:

The anonymous letter is a poison pen communication, not a good-faith warning.

It provides zero evidence, relies on sensationalist language, and it's ultimate request for readers to report my movements to the police, reveals it's true purpose.

There has been an organised ongoing campaign of harassment and stalking against me and my family.

I have always insisted that this investigation is carried out as an investigation and not a witch hunt.

The language used has similar phrases and words to this email.

Two officers called to my house at around 3 pm in the afternoon.

Whilst they were inside my house, I say they said to me that they told me that they were there

a phrase they repeated many times.

The two officers deny saying it.

The two officers are recorded in a storm report as calling to my house at 22.50 pm on 3rd July 2018.

That storm report states that:

and goes on to state that I sent a single text message that was described as:

The poison pen letter stated:

The only time I was warned in 2018, was when those two officers came in to my house.

After the visit to my house by the two police officers in 2018, I applied for a subject access request to see the reason for their visit.

The subject access request stated that there was no record of their visit.

I made a complaint, a police storm report was produced, DP-20180703-501, that stated there was a record of their visit.

Two police officers were reported in a storm report as calling to my house on Tuesday 3rd July 2018 at 22.50 pm.

The storm report is suspect (as an example, the redaction could be removed by simply altering the background colour).

The same was true for other documents that I was sent from Dyfed-Powys police.

A crime reference document.

Based on the nature of these documents, the version of events laid out in these documents can not be relied on to be true or accurate.

There are multiple indicators that suggest that the storm report was actually referring to someone else and had been altered.

This would be relatively easy to prove.

Station records and the officers note books should show where the officers were at the relevant times.

In any event, the subject access request and the storm report cannot both be correct, given the fact that my name, address and date of birth were correct on both documents.

On the 14th December 2023, I received a second copy of storm report DP-20180703-501, it was different from the first copy I was sent.

I queried the authenticity of the first one.

I made a comparison between the first and second version of the storm report.

I was asked to attend a voluntary interview, however I was very concerned about the officer's true intentions.

I went to Carmarthen police station and asked if I could be interviewed there instead.

I was told that I needed to attend Ammanford police station, and when I explained my concerns to the desk Sergeant.

The Sergeant phoned Ammanford police station and he spoke to PC Hart.

It was agreed that when I attended Ammanford police station, neither of the two officers that called to my house would interview me.

When I arrived, one of them was waiting at the police station to interview me.

My solicitor spoke to someone at Ammanford police station, after about forty minutes, it was agreed that a different officer would interview me.

During that interview I can be heard handing two bundles of paperwork that contained my suspicions and counter allegations, to the officer.

The following extract shows that the complainant and the police officer decided what was going to happen to me before I was interviewed.

In the following extract the police officer states that he has contacted the Criminal Records Bureau.

There was no course of conduct.

No further action was taken in respect of the allegation of what was described as harassment, but had no basis in reality.

I received an email from the police asking me if I could pop in for a quick chat to help with an ongoing investigation.

In the above email PC Hart writes from the email address of Marston Steffan.

A few days later, someone calling themselves Poppy Lambert got in touch with me and told me she was a victim of sexual abuse.

I was of the opinion that the messages from Poppy Lambert were untrue, when I asked a few questions, I received this email:

On the 5th December 2023, I contacted the police and reported malicious lies that were being spread about me.

Although I was given a crime reference number, DP-20231305-242, no action was taken.

I was attacked on three occasions because of this and forced to relocate.

The false allegation that I am the paedophile Alan Herbert Delaney is still on the web for everyone to see.

His email arrived shortly after I had been strongly verbally accused by multiple people of being the paedophile Alan Herbert Delaney, at a petrol station.

Although I strongly denied the allegations, many people heard the allegations in the petrol station.

One of the people working in the petrol station said:

We moved from that general area to a spot that we had parked in before that is about 8 miles away.

The following night, after we arrived there, we were sleeping in our van when I was woken up by noises coming from just outside our van, the van seemed to be moving.

I listened for a few minutes before getting dressed and going outside, it was then I realized all four of the van's tyres were flat.

On closer inspection I realized that all four tyres had punctures.

We were really scared and worried that someone might set fire to our van while we were sleeping.

After the van was repaired, a group of four young men approached us, one was pointing at me and saying something that I couldn't make out as they were still quite far away.

They looked angry, I was fearful of being attacked again.

I got back in our van and drove to a totally new location.

On the 13th March 2023, a video was posted on Tik Tok that claimed I am the paedophile Alan Herbert Delaney.

This is totally untrue, and I have provided proof of this.
The proof.

When I reported the malicious lies that were being spread about me to the police, they took no action.

In the above photo, a black and white photo of the paedophile Alan Herbert Delaney (left hand photo) has been placed next to two old colour photos of me.

The picture of Mr. Delaney was probably taken from this news article.

Dyfed-Powys police have used the same photo as seen in the paedophile allegation in a wanted notice that they issued.

A different version of the Dyfed-Powys wanted notice has been issued, at the bottom of the notice the photos have a copyright notice that reads:
"© Photo - Ammanford and Cross Hands Police."

If the photos in the Ammanford and Cross Hands notice are compared with the photos that were used in the attempt to make me look like a paedophile, the photos are the same.

There is one noticable difference, the photos in the police wanted notice are sharper.

In all of the photos, I am wearing the same clothes and I have the same hairstyle.

The background is the same in all the photos, and so is the size of the border.

In my opinon, It is far more likely the anonymous video used photos from the police.

Here’s my reasoning:

Investigation and Evidence Chain:

Police agencies, especially for a wanted notice, work from an evidence file.

The original, high-quality (sharp) photos would be part of their investigative material.

It is highly improbable that a police department would source the primary image for an official wanted notice from an unverified, anonymous, and defamatory internet video.

Their protocol would require using original evidence.

The Sharpness Difference:

The fact that the police photos are "sharper" is a major clue, this is consistent with the police having the original, higher-quality image file.

Timeline (2013 vs. 2025):

While the video predates the notice, this does not mean the photos originated with the video.

The police may have had the photos in their system for years prior to 2023.

The Critical Underlying Issue

The alarming link is that the same two specific photos appear in both a defamatory video and an official police notice.

This suggests a dangerous connection between the malicious campaign against me.

Summary:

The most logical technical and procedural assessment is that the anonymous video used photos that originated from an official/police source.

The profound significance, is the established connection between a malicious defamation campaign and a formal police action.

A police force who have repeatedly taken no action when I reported the video

I reported the matter again to police in 2025, and when I was not contacted by the police, I emailed them again.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have not been contacted by the police regarding this matter, the same happened in 2023 when I first reported this matter.

This led to my wife and I being attacked on three separate occasions.

Please see that attached screen shots, not only is that untrue notice still on the internet, I have recordings of a man phoning paedophile hunters and informing them about it.

Then I noticed that the exact same photos have been used by Ammanford and Cross hands police in a wanted notice, that states that I am wanted in connection with a harassment offence.

I have attached a screenshot of the notice.

I request that the police look into this matter as it puts my wife and I in serious risk of danger.

When I reported this matter in 2023 the officer who did nothing about it was PC Hart, I respectfully ask that this matter is passed to a different officer.

This has been forwarded on to the relevant officer.

I then received another email that stated:

Dear Mr Tait,

As you are aware from the press release on social media, you are currently wanted by Dyfed-Powys Police for the offence of Harassment.

Due to this, we require you to attend your local Police Station where you live or preferably Dafen Police Station in Llanelli so we can discuss this case in an appropriate setting.

When I make complaints to Dyfed-Powys police I am ignored, even though some events have put my life in serious danger.

As an example:

I reported the fact that a man had fudged paperwork in his efforts to prove I was the paedophile Alan Herbert Delaney, the man then posted it on the internet for everyone to see.

I reported the matter in December 2023 DP-20231205-242 and the matter was passed to PC Hart.

I was attacked three times, yet no action was taken and the post is still on the internet.

The man concerned phoned a paedophile hunter and told them lies about me.

Shortly after that conversation, photos of me and where I was staying were posted on the internet.

The paedophile hunter who recorded that man, also sent me screenshots of conversations she had with him.

Why is it that Dyfed-Powys police allow this to continue?

Their inaction puts my wife and I at constant risk of serious harm.

In another false accusation, the same man was recorded telling the paedophile hunter that I had been convicted of threatening to set fire to an 82 year old lady in her summer house.

Again, no action was taken against this man.

We have been threatened and mocked many times over the last 7 years, in this recorded conversation a woman threatens me.

On the 31st of December 2025, I reported this matter again and was given a crime reference number DP-20251231-229.

These are only three examples.

I have documented proof of a long and persistent campaign waged against me and my wife.

I have screen shots of many of the posts and comments made.

If my reports to the police and the evidence that I have supplied were taken seriously and investigated by the police, a totally different picture would emerge from the one being portrayed at the moment.

On the 29th December 2025, I reported the matter again to Dyfed-Powys police and I was given a crime reference number DP-2025129-269.

As of 28th January 2026, no action has been taken, and apart from the crime reference number, I have had no more correspondence from the police regarding this matter.

After a seven-year investigation, Dyfed-Powys Police issued a wanted notice for me on December 18, 2025.

The notice states that I am wanted in connection with an harassment offense.

This contradicts earlier communication from PC Hart (December 13, 2023), who stated I would be arrested for multiple offenses , malicious communications and harassment.

Hart's email explicitly states: "When arrested you will be given your rights and cautioned."

Key Discrepancies:

• Presumption of innocence: PC Hart declared his intent to arrest me before hearing my response
• Timeline: Why wait two years after Hart's statement to issue a wanted notice?
• Charge inconsistency: Multiple offenses (per Hart) became a single harassment charge (per wanted notice)
• Missing warrant: If arrest was imminent in 2023, where is the corresponding warrant?

Note: This is the same officer who received my 2023 complaint regarding false paedophile accusations and took no action.

Social Media Circulation & Alteration

Within hours of publication of the 2025 wanted notice, the notice appeared on Facebook pages with an additional photograph.

Some versions were altered to include a racist allegation not present in the original:

The rapid dissemination and modification suggests prior knowledge of the notice's publication timing.

This narrative has spread across multiple platforms (see Appendix for documentation).

The user name "Cwshty griff' is a handle used by Mr. Simon Griffiths, a man who has left many untrue comments about me and my investigation.

He has provable links to some of the fake identities that were created to harass me.

Whilst a lot of the altered versions of the wanted notice appeared quickly, Mr. Simon Griffiths posted the altered version of the wanted notice on the 26th January 2026.

Context & Concerns

I believe this notice is an attempt to silence and discredit my investigation into serious criminal matters.

The timing, right before Christmas, appears deliberately calculated to cause maximum distress.

We have been forced to relocate repeatedly for safety. Despite reporting these false allegations and threats to Dyfed-Powys Police on multiple occasions, their inaction continues to endanger us.

Conclusion: BRC 615419 is a one sided narrative.

PC Hart chose not to take any action in 2023 and the police again took no action in 2025 when I reported the matter for a second time.

This request originates from a serious criminal act in 2018, a suspected deliberate gas attack that forced my wife, myself, and my son to flee our former home.

The gas attack was reported to the police and a crime reference number was issued.

The police took no action.

The crime reference number would show the date that the police first become aware of the incident.

After we had left our home, a car was driven at speed towards us on our side of the road, it swerved at the last moment and missed us.

A similar incident happened to my son as he was leaving the property.

Despite the severity of the allegations contained in this report, the police have not conducted a meaningful investigation.

A police inspector falsely claimed that I was seen by the mental health crisis team.

I am of the opinion that very serious crimes have been covered up.

Although I know it is likely that my report will be given to the police force that I have mentioned, I ask that the matters I raise are investigated independently.

If this report is handed to the same police force, our lives could be put at even more risk.

Who they are
Gareth Edwards and his sister Jane John are co‑owners of the shop premises at 20 College Street, Ammanford. Despite repeated contact, neither has ever shown any concern, empathy, or even curiosity regarding the disturbing noises I recorded.

Their allegation – the “vendetta”
Gareth Edwards claims that my reason for naming him and his sister in my investigation is a personal vendetta. According to him, this vendetta stems from my dissatisfaction with a property I allegedly bought from them, and from a court case in which I supposedly lost a substantial amount of money.

The facts – property purchase
I did not buy the property from Gareth or Jane. It was purchased at a public auction; the vendor was Mr. Alan Davies. This is confirmed by the Land Registry copy of the title deed and the auction catalogue shown below.

In the civil case between us, I was awarded £3,750. Gareth and Jane made several counterclaims against me; they received 1 penny.

My response – no vendetta, only an invitation to talk
I do not hold a vendetta against Gareth or his sister. I have contacted both of them by Royal Mail, formally inviting them to give their point of view regarding the noises recorded beneath my former home.

Neither has engaged in good faith; instead they have repeated the “vendetta” narrative.

The police dimension – a cover‑up?
Jane once told me that she had “friends in the police”, are the officers she was referring to the same ones who are actively trying to secure a conviction against me for harassment?

Officers form the same force have falsely claimed that I suffer from mental health issues – a classic tactic used to discredit whistleblowers and silence those who expose uncomfortable truths.

I put these officers to absolute proof of any allegations that they might make.

Selective policing – a wider pattern
While I am subjected to a vendetta smear and baseless harassment investigations, individuals with actual criminal convictions face no such attention.

One example is Simon Griffiths , who was convicted in 2024 for supplying cannabis. His name appears repeatedly in the online abuse directed at me, yet he is treated as a victim.

This selective approach strongly suggests that police resources are being used to protect certain individuals rather than to investigate serious crime.

Conclusion – the vendetta claim is disproven
The documentary evidence – auction record, Land Registry title, court judgment, settlement, and Gareth’s own email – proves that I neither bought the property from them nor “lost” money in court.

Their allegation is false.

The vendetta narrative is a fabrication, promoted by fake accounts and perhaps endorsed by officers who should be impartial.

I ask that this section be read as part of my formal complaint against both the individuals named.
